Ballater Charitable
Chiels
|
|

To the home of the Ballater
Charitable Chiels.
The charitable
chiels were founded in 2001.We
are situated in a rural village set in the heart of Royal Deeside 40
miles west of Aberdeen called Ballater. The Chiels regularly hold
informal meetings where we discuss forth coming charity events and
we process application letters applying for our help in fundraising.
|
 |
|
Our main
aim is to raise money for charities, groups and clubs which effect the
local community (especially groups which have children as there
members) by raising this money we hope to give the people involved a
better quality of life.
RAISE MONEY AND RAISE A
SMILE!

The Chiels Currently have a membership capped
at twenty one.
The
name Chiels may sound familiar to some but foreign to others, a Chiel is a
Scottish word meaning young man, lad or fellow - hence we are all males of
various ages and professions, but most of the Chiels share same love of the
hills so as you will find out most of our large sponsored events tend to
revolve around hill walking.
